Hanabi: What does, "Preset deck #1 of the day" really mean?

Hello Hanabi players. Just wanted to understand from the standpoint of developers what does the following string imply.
Preset deck #1 of the day (Total 5 presets available)
Does this imply that there are multiple Preset decks created every day, but only x number of presets per day?
or
Does this imply that there are X Presets created and they are the same ones that are used day to day? (So 5 presets only from the beginning of time)
This has a bearing on how I will translate this string into my second language. Thank you for your comments.
