v289 - without dice - BNS disappear

Hello new release with a special mode 'without dice";
the rules are a bit changed for that special mode:
* Defense of cards are changed, once you get the same ATK than Defense, you win automatically.
* Adrenaline mutliply x2 the current ATK so Agent 2 using a rifle , then adrenaline gives +4 -> +8 (instead +6 as before)
BNS has been suppressed, coz disturbing beginners. Now all bonus comes to ATK
