When you receive a message for a turn by turn game that indicates it's your turn i would emphasis on the time you have left and encourage people to play as fast as possible.

Yes if you read carefully the email you can find the time you have left but i would make it way more visible.

…i'm sure it would accelerate the time people take to play and so it would make the game more fun… It's a positive circle that would create more games more fun more players more happyness…
