Does someone know how the Elo graph is calculated ? My question is : if my rank is 100 at 2 pm and 150 at 3 pm, what rank would be used for the Elo graph ? 100 ? 150 ? the rank at the start of the day ?

I'm not sure what you mean by a "graph," but I believe your ELO on a game is calculated at the time a game ends, based on what your ELO was at that time. I rarely play real-time, but have had more than one turn-based end on the same day and it moves from where the last game left off, not based on where it was that morning, etc.
