You Can Abuse People as Long as You Haven't Played with Them Recently

If someone joins you game and has a high ELO or you don't want to play with them for whatever reason and you have not played with them recently just call them what you want (insult) and kick them. BGA does not allow any reporting of this with red thumb and can only be reported as a lowest category incident otherwise.
