It was resubmitted this year (https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=17755), but considering no issues have been worked on and the game is not very popular, I think we shouldn't expect a fix anytime soon (or ever).

The game is not very popular, yes, but my friends like it, but they don't play it because is not in french ... too bad. Hope ...
