I was eliminated from the tournament, although I should have won. I also had better ELO and yet I was eliminated!

This is the result of an error that was reported 4 months ago and the developer stubbornly insists that he is not there despite the contrary opinion of the manufacturer! https://pl.boardgamearena.com/#!bug?id=8044

You also had the most remaining time left, which in a tournament setting should probably be the tiebreaker in the case of score ties.
ELO really shouldn't have any impact though.
