I for one would like it within the black section at the bottom of every BGA page.

Why would that be useful? All dates for tournaments and such are adapted to the local player context.

In order to do what? BGA doesn't really have any ambition to become a time reference with a 'let's meet at 2PM BGA time'

There are already standards for that. Or did I miss something?
