new player... reputation went suddenly from 85 to 60

Hi! I am new to this site and enjoying it. I logged in 2 days ago and found my reputation had crashed to 60 from above 80. I did join a few games and then quit because it was taking too long to get players to start. Would that affect my reputation. I have not quit any games after they started. I AM NOT SURE WHY THIS HAS HAPPENED.

It looks like you got too many red thumbs from players on your tables.
To get green thumbs, be polite during the games.
Some hints are the reputation help page:

You would have to play the game to have them give thumbs down.
Maybe you were slow.

This is true, but he's got 25 in his 60-day history, so plenty enough to have red thumbs.
You're not going to get penalized for quitting a table you made as long as it hasn't started yet. You only have 1 abandoned game. The 2 overtimes won't reduce reputation, but they won't raise it either. I noticed you disappeared for a long time. I think when they changed over to this reputation system, everyone who was already a member started at something like 75-80 reputation, so I would assume this was not starting at 100%.
I think the first abandoned game is only like a 10 point hit? And also you're now down to 53%, not 60%. So the logical conclusion is it's coming from red thumbs. If you have too high a percent of those, that will affect reputation. You might want to think about why that could happen. You only have 2 overtimes, so in theory you're mostly within the confines of the game, but some people do get annoyed if you take a long time for turns, even when you're allowed that time. Or think about what you're saying on chat, if you are. Saying hi to people and good game and all that stuff is nice, but most people won't give you thumbs down if you don't - there has to be more to it.
