Can we have a no-play list, so we can add people to it that we don't want to play with for a particular reason or another

You can give a personal red thumb to someone, and that should prevent you from being at a table with them again.
However, it doesn't prevent you from being matched in tournaments, and I believe it requires you to have played against them recently in order to give the thumb.
