This is the first time i visit the forum, so im not sure this is the right group, of this has been a discussion before.

Im missing a part in the saboteur rules. Its about the goldsharing.
It only explains the 2 variants and not the 'normal' way.
Somtimes 1 get one goldcard, sometimes 2. Id like to know why, and how ik can infuence on that by position.

The person who reveals the gold gets first pick of the available gold cards, and then it goes around the table with each non-saboteur getting their choice of a gold card. There is one gold card per player. Since the saboteurs don't get a gold card, some players (the one who revealed and the ones who follow them, depending on how many saboteurs there were) get two gold cards.

To be sure of getting two, be the person who reveals the gold.

Gold is shared in reverse player order. So the diggers who get two cards are the one who completed the route, and the digger/s immediately *preceding* that player.

Huh, so it is. We've been doing that wrong in our face to face games all this time. Thanks!
