Actually when you buy the hammer a new icon appears to show how much you have put on the hammer.
What else would you like?

It is located with the other resources, below moon shards (only if you bought the hammer)

What happen if we buy 2 hammer ?

If you buy 2 hammers, you first complete the first, get 10+15. then once you complete it you can start the second (for another 10+15). Same with 3/4 hammers (though you probably won't have enough time to finish them)
