The Bear

Does anyone else find that if the Bear (advanced 2 Moon) is included, it deforms the game?
If one or two players have 2x Bear, they usually win.
If one player has 3 Bears, they even more usually win.
4 Bears, may as well concede.
So the early game is a race to get together the Blue you need to buy bears, which is very random and unsatisfying.
I vote against the Bear every chance I get in draft.
