Board Game Arena

It's common when on my mobile device (Samsung tablet) that it's difficult to login. I login with google plus and I wonder if that's part of the problem. I click on the login button in the corner and nothing happens. I click on the Google plus button and something pops up and goes away. After several attempts eventually I get in.

Is there a way to create a profile and link it to my Google plus so I don't go through Google plus any longer
