I don't understand who should be qualified for next tournament round.
Could someone explain me how it works ?

Happened to me today.
Seems in both case, the player with higher Elo advanced to the next round.
Would love an official answer to this though.

I think it's random.

My observations show that in tournament case of tie ALWAYS to the Next round/victory qualifies the Player with lowest ELO.

I have never had tie with the same equal ELO, actually.
