Something needs changed on how timeouts are handled

This is like the third game today this has happened to me with 3 different players. They realize that they are about to lose, so instead of playing out the remaining few hands, they just sit there and let the game timeout. They lose their points either way, but I'm left with nothing. Bunch of sor elosers who are obviously doing this intentionally, and what can you do about it? Give them a thumbs down that nobody pays attention to anyways? Whatever. What a pain in the ass.
