1. If there's a reserve seat for A first, and A join/open another table later, it means A doesn't want to join reserve seat table. So system may cancel that invite automatically, it helps the host to handle present players.
2. If there's a reserve seat for A, after a while, the host thought A won't coming and cancel that seat, but A comes later. Now he can't join due to system thinks host boots him, but he just didn't expected, should join for free since there was a reserve seat for him.
