Missing trophies.

I was looking though my profile and found several games where I am missing the top20 trophy. So I started looking at a few other people, and it's the same for them.

That's 38 upvotes, initially raised in 2014!
What gives?
Does this mean certain bugs will never be fixed? If so, is it still worth reporting bugs?
Which reminds me of my 9+ notifications bug that seems like is staying there forever.
