Why does my page on hearts keep showing like this end up with the players at the top of the page and no chat ???

Can you please provide a screenshot?

Today I have already had the same problem , i have got 4 ^players , I start the game but it keeps on saying "application is loading"
My points as a player have gone quite down, as well as my reference (normally 100%, now 50%) what is the reason?

Today there was a bug on IE11 preventing games to load. It has been fixed now, and penalties have been removed.
