Time alloted by player

Hi! I'm new to Tournaments and am interested to sign up for a P.I. one. It says on the tourney page that:
Game maximum duration: 7 days
Game speed: Turn-based • Fixed time limit
Time alloted by player: 3 days
My question is, the 3 days alloted by player means each player is given 3 days per move? Or 3 days to make ALL of their moves?
If the latter is the case, I see a problem completing the game within the alloted time given that the tourney start time is 3 a.m. where I live..
