Maybe I'm the only one that would want this, but it would be great to be able to restrict a game by the player's time zone. If I could start a turn based game and have only people within six hours of my time, for instance, a game would progress faster. I'm in the USA, Pacific Time, and find that many of my opponents are in Europe. This means my prime times to play are the middle of the night for those players and vice versa. I'm often the one holding up a game (because it's the middle of the night). I've tried restricting by language, but that doesn't help much and it is limiting in other ways.

We don't want to restrict a table by time zone, but we just implemented Fast Turn Based, who do exactly what you are asking for
