when i pick card the other players deal new cards or the previous cards of hand ?
I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly, but I believe it is "When I pick a card, do the other players get dealt new hands, or do they pick from the cards in the hand that I had?"
If this is the question, the answer is that they pick from the cards that were in your hand that you passed them. IE, a 3-player game, you are dealt cards ABCDEFG. Player 2 (after you) is dealt HIJKLMN. Player 0 (before you) is dealt OPQRSTU.
You each choose the first card, and pass. You will now have the choices of PQRSTU, 2 will have the choices BCDEFG, and 0 will have the choices IJKLMN. There will never be a time when anyone will have the choice between C, J, and Q in the same hand.
