Re-arrange the tournament details page

Could we please change the layout for the page giving details of forthcoming tournaments so that the box listing "game maximum duration" etc appears with the tournament agenda etc. It's vital information when deciding whether to enter - and now with the arrival of "Fast Turn-based" games is even more important, giving details of when the clock is actually running.
