Is it possible to add a filter to select bugs that the user personally has either submitted as new or added to?
Or maybe have a 'bug subscription' list.

Searching by user name does not show everything up.

This actually would be useful, but in the meantime you can always bookmark them as a work-around.

Thanks for the suggestion! It came quite at the right time since we were updating the bug reports page to also manage suggestions

You can now easily find back your bugs and suggestions of interest by clicking the "Reports I voted for" link on the bugs & suggestions page (of course this includes reports you created since then you are automatically the first to vote for them).
