You can discuss your ideas and suggestions in this forum with fellow players.
If you have a specific suggestion to make and want people to be able to vote for it, you can add an entry in our "Bug and suggestions" feedback system with the "Suggestion" category.

Then you can paste the link to this suggestion in a thread discussing it like this:
