I was in ICU for 10 days and my reputation went from Perfect 100% to Bad 0%. Is there anyway to restore it by another means then slow playing a number of games?

I was hospitalised last year (for a lenthy time), I was a playing member since 2012, never quit a game, had 100% reputation, but at the time that I was hospitalised I had quite a lof of turn based sessions that I wasn't able to complete for obvious reasons.
Now I've logged back in and turns out that I had 0% reputation, I don't think this is fair, especially since I never quit a running game or did anything wrong. I couldn't help it that I was hospitalised, I don't think I should be punished for it
So I had a similar experience as the topic poster
