Wife moderated, never received an email

Hi! My wife was moderated today and has no idea why. She never received an email stating anything about the moderation, only logged in to find her reputation tanked and unable to talk in games or on the forums. She recently reported a player who had been harassing her, but that's the closest she's come to an unkind interaction on BGA.
She'd like to appeal the moderation, but given that she never received an email and the link says you MUST appeal through the email, what can she do at this point? Thank you!
