Distinguish between AM and PM in game logs

I've noticed that the game log will display times as 7:46:16 and sometimes it includes the date like 6/1/2019 6:47:04.
Would it be possible to display the time like 7:46:16 PM or possibly like 19:46:16 ?

Hi,
Time is always displayed using 24 hours format, so there should be no issue.

On Chrome 74.0.3729.169 running on Mac OS 10.10.5, this is what I am seeing:

The time displayed is 4:39 PM rather than 4:39 AM, so it should be 16:39 in 24-hour format.
I did notice that iOS does add a PM, rather than display in 24-hour time, which is acceptable.

Crome under Linux displayed 3PM as 3:00 also, not 15:00. This was in a live game, I haven't had enough chat recently in turn-based to know if it's the same.

I also use chrome and it shows 12h-format (without showing "AM" or "PM) for timestamp in all chats and logs. It's bugging me since I changed to chrome. Does anyone know how to change this to 24h-style?

Chrome user here also, the game logs display in 12-h format without AM or PM.
