Abusing undo for infinite time limit

Hi,
Recently I was playing a game against CraWieR, 4 minutes per turn. We are ranked 2 and 4, so we were both taking the game very seriously. Near the end of the game this player was having trouble deciding on moves, so when I asked them to commit to a decision once their clock ran out they started furiously and repeatedly making a move and undoing to stop me from having the option of skipping them. They ended up extending this turn for over 15 minutes, and the whole game for over 2 hours. (Maybe irrelevant, but they were well under a 1% chance of winning by that point.)
I went to submit a bug abuse report, but haven't been able to find a bug for it. Since this is abusable in any game on this site with an undo button, I assume the devs are aware of this and either I failed to find the correct bug to tag to my report or it is considered acceptable behaviour.
Can anyone here shed light on this?
Thanks.
