Is -3 Karma is normal punishment for offensive person?
I can get -10 just for my time gone in the game. And -3 for person who insult? He even will not notice he did something wrong. I hope admins understand how it's unplesant to hear insults during the game which you can't leave? And I also remember how admins didn't punish person who called me kurwa just because we are not poland. Everyone know that kurwa is a bitch!
It's not a justice. After this disregard people loose any wish to support BGA.

First, thank you very much for not naming the offending player. Any forum post of "Player XXXXXxxXX called me a _____ and nothing was done about it" immediately lose respect for the poster.

Now, as to the complaint: Unfortunately, not everyone knows the language-dependent insults. It may take some time for a moderator who speaks the language to be able to get to your report. Um, you did report them, right? The chat logs are kept for a while, and moderators can go through them to find out if they violated the terms of service by using abusive or insulting language. Unfortunately, these reviews are done by people, so it takes a bit of time for them to be completed.

As to the Karma loss: Losing 10 Karma by leaving a game can be regained fairly quickly. (10 games without a time penalty will bring it back.) Additionally, there have been other threads that have stated that this penalty is removed if it is found the reason for leaving the game was because of an abusive opponent. The Karma cap because of too high of a red thumbs:green thumb ratio is much harder to overcome.

Bottom line: while the automated system seems to initially favor someone who insults and pushes people away, long-term they will have a harder time finding people willing to play with them. And, moderation takes time and it is difficult to see the results of that process.

Everyone reports everyone but apaprently things likE cheating, kingmaking and etc are allowed.

You've been moderated 8 times since you registered on BGA, and you received - quite a lot of - red thumbs. Most of the moderation (and probably, red thumbs) are due to your overall attitude. And by the way everyone can be a witness of that right now because as you are angry you posted crap things and false statements about this website, moderators and admins to provoke everyone (these unuseful posts will be removed in few minutes).

So please, just stop provocations and speak&play quietly like the rest of the community. The moderators will be very happy to let you play without caring about you.
