Board Game Arena

We ran into a bug this morning and this ended up with me looking at the list of open bugs (https://boardgamearena.com/bugs?game=20). The one we ran into has been around since 2015 and I can't see how it could be that hard to fix.

So is this game now effectively abandoned by the devs? Is it possible to take over maintenance?

The vast majority of actual game development on this site is by volunteers. Een and Sourisdudesert tend to focus on the site mechanics and the game framework, rather than individual games. As such, yes, games do get abandoned.

However, if you head over to the Developers forum, you should be able to find out how to sign up to become a developer, and gain access to the code.

Yup, found all that stuff shortly after posting and now have an account on the dev site too Just have to figure out how to get the Troyes sources now!
