What is might duel variant?

The two-player variant where you build a 7x7 grid, instead of the usual 5x5. For 3+ players it has no effect. It's all mentioned in the official announcement, so I'm not sure how one misses that info.

With 2 copies of Kingdomino you can also play the variant with 4 players. So I think it's unfortunate that you can activate the option here for 2 players, but it has no effect.

Well, personally, unless the game had just been implemented on bga, I wouldn't go to the official announcement on it at all. I would expect the rules on the game page to mention it, however.
