New to BGA players joining turn-based games.

I have a specific feeling that people new to the site haven't yet grasped the difference between real-time and turn-based games.

They click 'turn-based' thinking that these are tables open now for immediate play and join the table.
Nothing happens, and they go round again a few times joining a few more tables and still nothing happens. They then leave and never come back not knowing what they've done.

The tables eventually start, but of course then time-out after a few days after never completing the 1st move.

Let's be honest the lists of tables is VERY similar between turn-based and real-time.

I think this is not uncommon problem. New to BGA players, usually haven't played anything, would sign up on turn-based games, and not get into one right away, would log-off and forget that he queued up for games, and never log-in again.

I don't know if there's confusion about the difference between real time vs turn-based, that changing the appearance of real-time and turn-based tables might fix the problem. I suspect it's more of impatience, waiting for a game to sign up, not starting in one right away, then logging off.

Maybe some limitations? A new BGA player cannot sign up for turnbased game yet until completing one game in real-time or after second time to log-in (I suspect some of the new BGA players only log in once)?
