New version, mainly containing 3 bugfixes:
1) Wrong power play management, only when it had occured earlier in the match that both teams once had the same amount of minor penalties and thus no power play took place.
2) Bug with defensive mode: When a card with an H/V event is drawn, the event is resolved (these cards cannot be taken on hand, even if they are D cards).
3) Problems when trying to play D cards on the special D card #50. The reported issues with some other D cards were related to a wrong implementation of card #50. If a player plays card #50, the action sequence is resolved, before the next D card may be played (the "immediately" written in the rules is a little bit misleading here). This means, that the puck is moved, when a pass was defended. The next D card's rink icon must simply match the puck's current zone. You can also play DP cards, but no DS card, as these intercept passes. The tooltip of the card has been corrected to reflect this information.
