Change expel player functionality

Hello,
I just played a game of saboteur and one of the players was having problems with a game bug.
So he was trying to reload browser etc, and in the meantime he was "out of time". One of the players immediately clicked the expel button.
He was losing and preferred to end the game already, so it was favourable for him to expel.
So I think you should either allow people to come back, or change the expel player function into a vote.
