Losing karma fir nit playing a game. Despite being in another game

This has never happened before
I clicked accept to play 7 winders. The game never loaded (I thought perhaps it was declined tonstart)
And after clicking accept it shut off quickly. and the next screen was race for the galaxy so I clicked accept and played it....
After finishing playing i noticed my karma had gone down
So penalised unfairly something I could not be accountable for
