Undersea Quit?!?

Does this mean anything to you? Well... it should be...

EDIT: 2nd clue: "Equated Ruins"

EDIT²: And the good answer is United Square, a game by Julien Selz. United Square is a nice abstract game from an independent publisher with a high potential.

I'm guessing this is a cue to an upcoming new game.

As "Quit" is a synonym with "End", I searched BGG with the latter. Only thing I found that seemed to fit was "End of Atlantis".

So, how close am I?

Sounds like Forbidden Island to me.

Undersea Quit: You lose if all tiles are submerged
Equated Ruins: Some of the tiles look like ruins with treasures

The two clues are anagrams of each other, so I guess the name of the game is also an anagram.

(And just to clinch it, if you type ADEEINQRSTUU into the Internet Anagrams Server, "Undersea Quit" and "Equated Ruins" are the first two results...)

We have all the letters for "Runequest", but that's a role playing game, and the leftover letters don't make sense (A,D,I).

So, what is it?

Unaired Quest? A Ruined Quest? Rude Antiques? United Square?
