The game setting of Stone age in bga

hi all
I want to discuss the setting of stone age.The official rules in this part of build is
"The player pays the resources shown on the building to the supply from his
player board and takes the building. Then the player immediately moves his
scoring marker on the scoring track by the number of spaces shown on the
building. Afterwards, he turns over the next building on this stack."
so when someone buy the build then player should see the next build immediately.but now in bga the next build shows when next round begin.
It's should be fix.Because in the round before the last round. The action will be affect by the build.Should i sell out all resources? or should i keep one?
ps. sorry for my bad English and thanks all bga engineer BEST REGARDS leafgg
