Realtime tournaments notifications

Occasionally it doesn't "notify" when it is time for my game to start. So I'm sitting there chilling on another tab and suddenly I look back and notice that I've lost a few games. Also, the tournament page doesn't get refreshed automatically, I have to refresh it every few minutes to make sure.
