Hello
In 2 years only 3 persons voted for this bug, so it should be quite rare, and is probably not a priority for Colt Express developer.
This is my guess. You can ask the developer himself for more explanations.

When you encounter a bug, it is very difficult, to find a previous report on this same bug. There are no fixed naming convention and often people don't even know wether it's game-specific or not and what are the important factors of the game to put in the report.
So search-function often doesn't show the previous reports. This leads to multiple reports for the same bug (which means few votes) and also to some frustration in people who realize this problem and therefore less bothering to report at all.
Doesn't mean the bug is not bothersome.

Well, when you report a bug on a game, we show you the most upvoted bug for the same game, so if the title is explicit this is easy to spot the bug you encounter. This is not perfect, but it works.

Its not that rare, affects 1-2% of all games, i guess

If you haven't already, might I suggest posting a request in the Colt Express forums for people to upvote the bug, then?

The problem is that I I don't believe many people visit the forums at all. I'm sure some people simply stop playing a game if it's buggy or frustrating in any way. This can't be good for the site or the game owners, but I guess this is what happens if developers are all volunteers.
Personally, I would think any bug should be a priority. I mean, do you want people to enjoy playing the game or not? Games that aren't maintained really bring down the site.
