How to use Thug in BGA interface

Hi. I bought the Thug character card in King's guild but i can't seem to figure out how to use it? the character is not clickable anywhere.
Can someone please help me?

Hi,
what exactly is not working for you? I see thug specialist in your guild with thug token on it. You can use it only after you have crafted an item as stated in thug's description. So after you do craft action you will be promted to place thug on quest...
