I have already tried without any success to find someone to:

• learn and practice (friendly games) one game every one or two weeks

without any pressure of course when it is not possible.
Choice could be alternate of alphabetical or whatever

If some of you are interested, please jump in and let me know.
Maybe it could be even better to start with a group of 3 or 4 motivated players.

Like I said, I tried to come up with this plan a few months ago and got no feedback.
So I have no real idea now how to organize this

We did it alphabetically, which is as good as any order. The BGA platform is excellent to help you learn new games, just jump right in, watch a youtube video. Put the competitve ego to one-side, refer to the rulebook if you get stuck.

A handful of games are multiplayer only.

right, honestly the choice doesn't matter whether it is a group on bga or a discord (though I'd rather discord, by a small margin).
I'm a member of an active boardgaming server on discord (that originally started as a bga server but later expanded a little bit )

So i'm going to try advertising there and see if any interest pops up.
