Adding information on red/green thumbs

Sometimes, I see a player who has been given red thumb by me, and I don't know when I have given that red thumb and why. Because of this, I'd like to know whether it's possible to put an information (the player itself has to write) if he give a thumb for a player.
For example, one of the easy scenario would be, giving a red thumb and "this player is so slow". So anytime I see him again, I can easily avoid to play with.
