Cant create tournaments for days

Since the weekend I am trying to create tournaments
but sadly it doesnt work i always receive the same error message:
Unexpected error: Error while processing Database request (boardgamearena.com 14/01 12:17:14)
whats wrong with creating a new tournament? Has anyone else experiencing the same problem?
