I was wondering if this site's staff have at any point considered an appeal process for a bad karma decision? I used to love playing on this site, had nothing but positive experiences playing fun respectful games, but a year ago I ran into a group of trolls who teamed up against me, every round whichever one of them got paired up with me would purposely lose, taunting me the entire time as well as purposely running out the clock laughing about how I was going to lose rating because of this match. Near the end of the game I foolishly responded by doing the same back to them purposely running out the clock myself; they then immediately used the opportunity to report me.

I went from perfect karma to zero just because one group of assholes; it seems absolutely ridiculous that a player can have a perfect track record yet have their karma be completely destroyed because of one awful call with no way to appeal it. Ended up immediately quitting the site after this because I didn't want to play games in the low karma pool. Just came back today to see it was still at zero. Is there anyway you'll ever consider adding an appeals process? Contact us section is broken so I'm posting here.

There are a few things you can do yourself:

You can join the new Arena mode, and join tournaments without the reputation setting, people can't refuse those games.

You can play single player, like Thermopyles.
