Maybe i am the only one curious about this, but why don't you add the median value of the ELO for every single game statistic's page?
obviously counted on all players who play that single game.

i used the wrong term, the thing i am curious to know is not the average, that of course is 1500, but the median.

Sert,

Thanks for the info that 1500 is the average. Is ELO used for games with more than two players?

It was awhile ago that I looked into it, but only found ELO systems for one-on-one competition.

Making a new game where as many as six square off in the same game. The winner of the game gains ELO in proportion to how many and how good his opponents were, while the loosers all loose ELO points so that the average remains in balance. New or Guest players start with a rating of 900, but the system shifts slightly for players rated less than 1400 to keep people from showing up as a guest to inflate the ELO of their friends, naturally if you loose to a lowly rated person then your ELO goes down more while the winner shoots up a lot, say if a 900 beats 5 other players with an average rating of 1800. The game is just beginning to function and everyone is welcome to check it out at Botchee.com . . . where the Dice are Optionalâ„¢ . . .
