Board Game Arena

Simple question, probably simple answer, but I don't see it: how can one know who will get to start the game once the characters and objects have been placed?

first player to place tokens is random.
first player to play an action card is another random.

Ok, thanks. But do you know who gets to play the first action card in beforehand, or only after all tokens have been placed?
