Board Game Arena

I posted regarding racism on this website couple of times before. I got all flames and not a single soul supported me. Now I found out how to get around it. I change my country of origin from time to time and when I see a game filled with players of same country I quit that game. I also play more 2 player games. Now although I have to wait a longer time for games, I have no problems playing normally instead of the imaginative racists games that gang up on me to make sure I'm last place. I also tried one time playing with 4 people from a northern European country. They are friendly and kept inviting me back to play. I was last place in all 4 or 5 games. My ranking went from 200+ to 100. I even thank them for inviting me back each time. They stopped inviting me and stopped talking to me when I reached 100.. like you guys said, definitely not racism and you all checked and watched my games and nothing wrong. Well, I am glad I didn't join as premium. Thanks for all the educational flaming comments and this will be my last post on this subject. Btw, the website never responded to me or offered any help. I don't blame them because I'm not a paying customer..

No, just sarcasm. Btw, it was games I played long ago, not the game you mentioned. Of course you didn't see it. I tolerated all that time then responded after a while.

So this then. You are aware that it is from more than two years ago, right? Please do tell us which table you actually referred to, that table strangely fits your description perfectly and it occurred less than an hour before your forum post

Because, racism is a very specific thing. Since we can't tell about your race from here, i'm not sure you're employing the right figure of speech. please enlighten us.

Something similar just happened to me. Just so you know that you are not alone. I also doubt I'll get any effective response. I do like your idea of listing myself as coming from a different country, as I think the insult was directed toward my home country. I will try that. (Also... fyi... I am a paying customer... I don't think that makes any difference.)

It's the flag that gives it away, sometimes also language

I would like to help, but it's hard without you being more specific about what happened.

It seems you tried playing with different country flags and had different results depending on that, so why don't you share with us, which flags did you use and what were the respective effects? Also what flags did the other players have? And what happened exactly? Did they write something in the chat? Or was it only in the game? If so, how?

Unless we have this information it's very hard to target the problem.
