I feel cheated. I live in an area that is experiencing high winds which for some reason is making out internet not very stable. Last night the internet and cable in my area went out for a long period of time, it was during my game, because of it I get up this am to an email saying I am going to lose reputation points because my internet went out. This is so unfair, I feel like I am being punished because I have the misfortune of living where I do. I cannot control the weather nor can I control the cable company yet because of both I lose points. I know this seems like a small thing but I am serious about my reputation, both online and in real time and to have a hit because of somethihing beyond my control and was never asked, there is nothing that gives you the opportunity to explain the only option is to lose, this sucks..

That e-mail should probably also say that you regain karma every time you complete a game without timing out.

-10 karma from 100 karma is of little significance.
