I just counted them:

20/50 has cheese (40%)
8/50 has more than one cheese (16%) [40% out of all cheese orders]

19 has whiskey (38%)
9 has more than one whiskey (18%) [47% out of all whiskey orders]

19 has bread (38%)
11 has more than one bread (22%) [57% out of all bread orders]

20 has wool (40%)
8 has more than one wool (16%) [40% out of all wool orders]

13 has mutton (26%)
4 has more than one mutton (8%) [30% out of all mutton orders]

10 has beef (20%)
5 has more than one beef (10%) [50% out of all beef orders]

Orders with single resource:
2 mutton
2 beef, 3 beef
3 wool, 4 wool, 6 wool
2 bread, 4 bread
2 whiskey, 4 whiskey
2 cheese, 4 cheese
